Q: How do I know if you’re the right consultant?
A: I have an initial complimentary consultation. The 1st part will determine your business’ strengths and weaknesses and top priorities. Next , we will mutually see if we have a good fit and understanding from which to build a healthy win- win business relationship.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: All fees are quoted on a case by case basis and will be presented in writing prior to the start of the engagement. Here are the factors I use to determine my fees. A) Time required B) Size of the client’s organization C) Number of people I will need to interact with D) Expenses ie Travel, admin support, extra and or special supplies etc…
